Engineers Housing Scheme has planned to construct 50×90 & 40x80 houses in the scheme area located in CDA Sector D-16 & 17 on Turn Key basis. Since long certain members, particularly those abroad, had been showing interest in houses constructed under the supervision of highly qualified staff and skilled workers. Exclusively for the convenience of these members double storey houses are being constructed in Scheme area. Detail of these houses is attached. These houses shall be constructed on Turn Key basis. As our valued members are very busy in their affairs as such they obviously can not spare their valuable time to supervise construction of their houses on daily basis. Building a house often takes considerable time with at least four hours a day presence on sites. With the kind of labour we find at our construction sites, building a house can be frustrating, even harrowing experience demanding patience and persistence.
